TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINING PROGRAM FLOW
- From the end of the first year of training, labor-related laws and regulations will be applied to technical intern trainees based on the employment contract with the training institution.
- The responsibility and supervision of the supervising organization for the technical intern training will continue until the end of the technical intern training.
- The employment contract is concluded before entering Japan, and the beginning of the employment contract is after the end of a certain period of training (mandatory) conducted by the supervising organization.
- The period of the training is 1/6 of the total activity period of Technical Intern Training No. 1, but if you take a training of 160 hours or more for 1 month overseas, it will be 1/12 or more.

In the group supervision type, the number of people that can be accepted is more relaxed.
*In companies with 50 or less employees, the number of technical intern trainees cannot exceed the total number of full-time employees of the company.
*If the number of full-time employees is 2 or less, we cannot accept more than the number of full-time employees.
*Technical intern trainees are not included in the number of full-time employees. (Including full-time officers)
* If three people are accepted into technical intern training #1 in the first year, the first three people who did technical intern training #1 will shift to technical
intern training #2 and three more people will be accepted into technical intern training #1 in the second year. In addition, if there is vacant space for three people
in technical intern training #1, then three new people can be accepted in technical intern training #1. If we accept three new people each year, we can accept up to nine people for technical intern training #1 and technical intern training #2 from the third year.
*Technical intern trainees for the construction industry can be accepted in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
